DIY Custom American Girl Doll Prosthetics

Bring a smile to a child's face by crafting their doll into an exact replica of themselves. For this project, we aimed to keep all original limbs intact and instead, craft entirely new ones from scratch using 3D printed parts. We designed the prosthetic limbs within Autodesk Fusion 360, making it simple to customize the design based on the child's needs. The custom designs were then printed on our in-house 3D printers, but could also be sent to a professional printing service for a more precise finish.
