Human Designers Create Face Shields Using 3 Key Components - Printed Parts, Rubber Bands, and Poly Pockets. These Poly Pockets Are Biodegradable and Have Antimicrobial Coatings Making Them Ideal for Visors. They're Also Affordable Enough to Be Disposable After Each Use, with the Headband Having Multiple Uses. Many Online Designs Require Clear Polymer Sheets Cut to Exact Dimensions to Fit the Headband. However, a Simplified Version of the Prusa Style Headband Has Been Adapted to Fit Standard Plastic Filing Pockets as a Visor and Assembled Using Rubber Bands. Let's Help Local Clinics, Doctors, Nurses, Hospitals, and Retirement Homes Stay Virus-Free! No Glue, Screws, or Cutting Required! One Mask Requires: * 1 x Face Shield Headband * 1 x Plastic Filing Pocket (Poly Pocket) * 1 x Large Rubber Band Instructions for Assembly: 1. Fold Poly Pocket into Three to Create Two Creases in the Plastic, Keeping It Rigid and Preventing It from Touching the Face or Moving Around. 2. Press the Centre Stud of the Headband into the Central Hole of the Pocket, Stretching Slightly to Fit Onto the Stud. 3. Stretch the End Holes of the Pocket onto the Two Studs on Either Side of the Headband, Which Will Be Quite Tight. 4. Tie a Rubber Band or Elastic Around the Hooks at the Back of the Headband to Adjust Length Depending on Head Size. 5. Ready to Be Worn - Replace Plastic Pocket as Needed (Multiple Uses of the Headband Are Possible). Disclaimer: This Mask Is for Last Resort Use Only When Face Protection Shortages Are Critical. Please Follow All Safety Precautions Advised by Your Supervisor, Hospital, or Healthcare Provider. Please Share Feedback in Comments and I'll Work on Improving the Design!
