DIY complete homemade AA battery case, expandable, failsafe
thingiverse
I've made a hair cutter that works really well, but I do feel a bit constrained because it's powered by a USB supply. The reason I chose USB power is that AA batteries are not as stable and don't last very long. However, I may be wrong since my other AA-powered drill gun has worked for me for a long time already. In the next version, I'm going to switch to an AA battery-powered hair cutter for easier use. I often use AA batteries, which means I need to make a case for them. After checking the internet, I found that most cases use springs and are not flexible or expandable. That's why I created this small case that can work flexibly and expand to any size while having a fail-safe structure. This might be useless to most people, but it's great stuff for the DIY enthusiast who uses AA batteries often. It's really easy to increase the output voltage by adding more cases. I made this video just for fun and to share what I've learned. My hope is that we can learn from each other. This isn't my first attempt, but I think it's a good example of how to make things smooth. I wish someone would get some ideas from something as small as this. I also hope they'll share their experiences with us and help make the world a better place.
