I installed a Bluetooth adapter in my 2006 BMW 523Li because the original model doesn't have built-in Bluetooth capabilities. To power it up, I tapped into the cigar lighter circuit and used the auxiliary input for audio signals, which worked out perfectly. This Bluetooth upgrade also supports MP3 decoding through either a TF or USB card.
