DIY Black & Decker Powerstation

DIY Black & Decker Powerstation

This design is based on the DIY Ryobi 18V One+ Powerstation, but I've adapted it to work with Black & Decker 20v batteries that I have on hand. My goal was to create a power station that can utilize these batteries and make them more functional. I used a battery holder part from Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2795858) as the foundation for my design, and I made sure it screws into place securely at the bottom of the unit. To prevent overhangs, I employed heat-set inserts to screw everything together. This approach ensures that all components fit snugly within the power station's framework. Here is a list of parts used in this project: * 2 rocker switches: https://amzn.to/391jeg9 * Adjustable power supply: https://amzn.to/2WuNb5Q * QC 3.0 Charger: https://amzn.to/2UpWwcx * USB C Charger: https://amzn.to/33Df39h * Cigarette Lighter Socket: https://amzn.to/2wdpbJO * LED Lights: https://amzn.to/3a7YNzx * Quick Disconnects (for battery terminals): https://amzn.to/33xx5cZ * 62 Ohm 1W Resistor (voltage drop for light): https://amzn.to/3kIpalh
