Here's a full frame for a Arcade Fightstick. It requires a large printer since the full dimension is close to 30*21 cm. I used a metal plate to close it, as long as some screw for closing the stick ( at least on must be short to avoid drilling your own cable). Illustrator template for the metalplate is provided. You'll need M4 knurled insert + screw for to fix your joystick. In my build I used 30mm cheap Sawna clones, but any 30mm would work. There are holes for different joystick: Sanwa, Seimitsu, etc. My personal build was done to work on NeoGeo and SuperGun, But there are some stands-off matching cheap zero-delay USB pcb or any Brook products such as their Universal Fighting Board. The surface is slightly small than A4 dimension, so you can print your artwork. Illustrator template for the artwork layout is provided. You can add some rubber feet and a strength relief. Print Settings Printer Brand: Anycubic Printer: Large Size Chiron Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% Filament: Ouverture PETG White Notes: My first prototype went horribly wrong, and will never use the Ouverture brand NEVER again. Had to work my but off with epoxy resin and filler/putty to have something half-decent. Youtube Video Exemple of a build (where everything went wrong) Category: Video Games
