DIY Arcade Fightstick
thingiverse
Here's a full frame for an Arcade Fightstick. It requires a large printer since the full dimension is approximately 30 by 21 centimeters. I used a metal plate to close it, along with some screws for closing the stick - at least one must be short to avoid drilling your own cable. An Illustrator template for the metalplate is provided. You'll need M4 knurled inserts and screws to fix your joystick. In my build, I used 30mm cheap Sawna clones, but any 30mm would work. There are holes for different joysticks: Sanwa, Seimitsu, etc. My personal build was designed to work on NeoGeo and SuperGun, but there are some stand-offs matching cheap zero-delay USB PCBs or any Brook products such as their Universal Fighting Board. The surface is slightly smaller than A4 dimension, so you can print your artwork. An Illustrator template for the artwork layout is provided. You can add some rubber feet and a strength relief. https://youtu.be/VguIXIG7gU8
