DIY ~180W CO2 Laserresonator

grabcad

Building your own 180W CO2 laser resonator is possible with DIY techniques; use borosilicate for the inner tubes and plexiglas for the outer one. Include V2A electrodes, operate at a slow feed rate, and ensure vacuum can be drawn through the tube fittings. Each mirror can be independently adjusted via O-ring sealing. However, funding as a student may pose a challenge; check out my blog cncprint.blogspot.com for more information.
