Front Panel for DIY TV Box Use a 17" screen from an old laptop, an LCD controller board from eBay, and old PC speakers. Instructions: Buttons and Stubs - Suggested Print Quality: Slow; Recommended Extruder Setting: 0.2mm. The buttons are the same color as the body of the panel, while the stubs are transparent. tv_1_front_print_q# For this design, the body is divided into six separate pieces to fit a table measuring 21 x 22 cm. To achieve good results, use an extruder with a diameter of 0.4mm and layer height of 0.2-0.3mm. tv_1_middle_print_q# The middle panel holds all the electronics in place. Its print quality should be identical to that of the front panel. Note: All dimensions may vary based on your hardware, so you are free to make adjustments as needed by modifying the .scad files. There is one scad file for both panels combined, with several if statements that allow you to select which parts of it to print. The buttons and stubs have separate files. Finish and paint the panel to your liking; additional sanding can be done as desired.
