Dividers for WISENT 3 3/4 organizer

<p>This is a set of dividers for WISENT 3 3/4 organizer (the small one) that you can buy in BAUHAUS.</p> <p>Even though WISENT offers second version of the same organizer with finer division of volume, I did not like the layout of it and also the fact that dividers are built in and you can not move them.<br/> Therefore I decided to modify base version with moveable dividers and I made more possible variants, so that you can create custom configurations. They fit pretty well, even M3 washers do not tend to slip underneath them (of course, if you bend the bottom of the organizer, gap appears, but why would you do that, right? :))</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>For optimal printing I recommend using 0.6 nozzle, with <strong>height range modifier</strong> above 2.00 mm, in which you set infill to 0% and perimeter extrusion width to 0.73. That way, printer basically goes "vase" without any gap filling and redundant travel moves. Only downside of printing 0.6 is visible moire. However, once your divider is placed in an organizer, it is hardly noticeable.</p> <p><strong>3MF</strong> example attached (dividers_setup.3mf)</p> <p>Note that I'm using slightly different starting G-code, but don't worry. It works well, feel free to copy use it too. (it prevents oozing during mesh bed leveling)</p>
