My school bought several Seville Classic bins from Sam's Club for storing parts, but they didn't come with width-wise dividers for the smaller ones. After contacting the company and finding out that such dividers aren't made, I created my own. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer Model: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: No Supports Needed Supports: Not Required Resolution: .2mm Fine Detailing Infill Percentage: 10% for Optimal Strength Design Process I measured the bin's dimensions using a caliper and designed it in Autodesk Inventor. I chose a 5mm thickness to ensure rigidity, and added top braces to prevent movement within the channel. Future iterations might explore thinner designs.
