Diverter v3
thingiverse
I originally designed the jvdillon model to fit my TJ, but it wasn't the right size. Later, I found IronCaine's version and was inspired by his remix to modify it for my Jeep. I scaled up the overall design by 113.7% and shortened it by 0.26mm to match the grid pattern on my 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ/LJ. I also extended the feature that IronCaine added, so it fits flush with the bed. Even after making those changes, I still had to mill off 2mm for a perfect fit, and that adjustment is reflected in these files. I'm printing this design in PETG, which doesn't bridge well, so I used supports. Previous versions may not have required them, but now that the print is done, it's possible they weren't necessary after all. The underside of the print looks ugly, but it would likely have turned out solid without supports. I printed with a 0.6mm nozzle and three perimeters, and the result was a solid print with no infill.
