Diversity In Drones edition Tall Tiny Whoop lid
thingiverse
My friend Jacqui Sandor leads DID (Diversity In Drones), a global organization that brings together people from all walks of life to learn how to fly drones. To discover more, visit https://www.diversityindrones.org. Drones open up the hobby to everyone, and I love that Jacqui encourages people to have fun with it! Jperrigo created a fantastic case that holds plenty of batteries; check out his design at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2073825 for more information. I'm using the 3mm tall lid here because it fits my GNB 300mah HV batteries perfectly. When editing gcode directly using http://gcode.ws, be aware that you can add commands to stop and home the extruder so you can swap filaments at the right moment and resume printing. It's a bit of a challenge, but I think the result is well worth it. If you have a dual extruder, this might be easier for you. Also note that the picture shows an earlier version of the logo; in the STL file, the circles should be slightly larger so they stand out more - I just haven't printed that one yet.
