Russia's Republic of Bashkortostan, located in Khaibullin district, was the site of significant archaeological excavations in 2009. A single-mound burial site known as Yakovlevka-2 yielded fascinating discoveries, including a distributor belt adorned with an intricate horse bridle wheel featuring eight spokes, all crafted from bronze using a casting technique. Measuring 55 mm in diameter, this impressive artifact dated back to the early iron age and bore testament to the Early Sarmatian culture, which thrived during the IV century BC.
