First Draft of 40mm Fan Mount for Prometheus V2 Hot-End. An initial prototype of an eight-millimeter fan mount has been created for the Prometheus V2 hot-end. A revised version was added on August twenty-first, featuring a reduced two-point-eight-millimeter hole size that should securely hold fan mounting screws without needing nuts. The design underwent testing and a video of the results is available at https://youtu.be/In7PvJrPkE4. To prevent overheating issues due to the heater's proximity, aluminum tape was applied. During a half-hour print test, the nozzle remained in good condition.
