After very hard and long research, 🤣 I found that the tubes should be 48 mm - 48.5 mm long. They must be so accurate that the fittings push down on the pipes so much that they are tight, but do not bend.So it is here that "Distance Meter PTFE for Tube Qidi X-MAX Hot End" comes into the picture, to get the pipe length exactly correct.To succeed, place the tube in the holder and push it all the way up to the end and cut it to the other end. Make sure the knife's eggs follow the holder.I've made three lengths 48.00mm, 48.25mm and 48.5mm. If it is exactly 48mm, the fittings will probably not press down hard enough to hold tight.To easily hold the tube in place insert a small piece of filament into the hole of the holder and gently melt it together.Have fun!
