Distance Meter PTFE for Tube Z9M3 Hot End

Zonestar triple extruder three color hotend 3-IN-1-OUT has three PTFE built-in. On my Z .. none of the tubes were the same length and in fact two of the tubes were too short, which meant that the print head was not tight and the molten filament could push up into the print head. It is understood that it can only go wrong. which it did. The printer head ended up completely clogged. After very hard and long research I found that the tubes should be 50mm - 50.5mm long. They must be so accurate that the fittings push down on the pipes so much that they are tight, but do not bend. So it is here that "Distance Meter PTFE for Tube Z9M3 Hot End" comes into the picture, to get the pipe length exactly correct and the same. To succeed, place the tube in the holder and push it all the way up to the end and cut it to the other end. Make sure the knife's eggs follow the holder. I've made three lengths 50.25mm, 50.50mm and 50.75mm. If it is exactly 50mm, the fittings will not press down hard enough to hold tight. Filament can also shrink a bit during printing and it is different from filament type to type. To easily hold the tube in place insert a small piece of filament into the hole of the holder and gently melt it together. Have fun!
