Distance gauge with all parts and fasteners

This is a distance gauge that I designed using TurboCAD v16. I originally machined this tool out of aluminum with some design changes, but thought it might make a great 3D-printing project. I've included an 'All Parts and Fasteners' version of the file here instead of posting multiple part files so you can scale the model up or down to fit your needs and printer size. I'm printing this file on my DaVinci 1.0 Pro right now with 5% infill and no raft at 100% scale, which is X7.03", Y6.0", Z2.5". This print is estimated to take 12+ hours according to the software and machine. I'm not sure if the fasteners will work with this print since I didn't add any tolerances between the fasteners and threaded holes, which simply did a boolean subtract for the fasteners that probably won't work correctly for 3D printing. I designed this tool to help measure models of airplanes that I want to make 3D models of but now have a 3D scanner on order so this tool will no longer be used for that reason. The measurement increments should be accurate if printed at 100% scale, and the measurement graduations are for reference only. As a machinist, I designed this tool to be used with accurate dial calipers to measure from the base to the tip of the pointer(s). I will post photos of the actual print when it is finished and until then you can download and tweak to your liking.
