Distance Adaptation and Idler Stabilizator for Artillery Sidewinder X1
myminifactory
**UPDATE: Sadly, my Idler broke last week. So, I have to Inform you, that my Modification isn't enough to prevent the breakage. The weak design of the whole Idler is to wobbly. And the real reason, why my Idler was broken, comes from often filament replacements. Needless to say, that my Mod will delay the breakage anyway. Thats the reason for me, to let my Mod online. TIP: Buy an Idler in metall and use my Mod anyway to stabilize the Idler side-wise. *UPDATE: Dont know what happened, but instead of the STL file, a copy of SKP file was uploaded. Sorry for the late update. I am probably the only one who got the Artillery Sidewinder X1 without this Thing, but without this Thing I made, the filament cannot be extruded or rectracted without the use of high pressure or a constant clicking from extruder, which both leads to the fact that the Idler can break. With this Thing the Idler no longer breaks, the filament is normally extruded and retracted, and the clicking disappears. I recommend to use PET-G, but PLA will do his job too. Used material: PET-G Nozzle Temp: 215°C Bed Temp: 1st 3 Layer with 90°C and the rest between 85-80°C Speed: 35mm/s
