You can easily cut a porta-shield out of any material thicker than 3mm by repurposing a transparent plastic from a cylindrical 2 Liters+ soda bottle. Simply punch some holes into the plastic using a hole puncher to fit it onto the lashes provided, and secure it with a rubber band. If you're feeling crafty, try using a transparent colored bottle for an extra touch - your porta-shield is now complete!
