Display Sweet Test This test is a simple assessment of a person's ability to display sweet qualities such as kindness and empathy. The test consists of three short scenarios in which you are presented with a situation that requires you to show kindness or understanding towards someone else. Scenario 1: A friend comes to you feeling down after a bad day at work. They tell you about all the things that went wrong and seem on the verge of tears. What do you say to comfort them? A) "Well, that's not so bad. You'll get over it." B) "I'm here for you, buddy. Let's grab a drink and talk about it." C) "You're being really dramatic. Just calm down." Scenario 2: A coworker asks you to help them with a project on short notice. They explain that they're running behind schedule and need your assistance to meet the deadline. A) "Sorry, I'm busy right now. You'll have to find someone else." B) "Let's work together to get this done ASAP." C) "I don't know if I can help you with that." Scenario 3: A family member calls you from out of town and asks for a favor. They explain that they're in a difficult situation and need your help. A) "Sorry, I'm not available right now. Can we talk about it later?" B) "I'd be happy to help you with that." C) "What's going on? Tell me more about the situation."
