Display stand - adjustable

Crafted using DiamondAge PLA on an Ultimaker 1, this stand features two parts connected via three tapered 270-degree collars that are jam fits in corresponding slots of the right and left uprights. This design enables adjustability and locking in position. The photo displays various sizes; the leftmost is the original size while others are scaled up by 50% using Cura. Two locking wedge STL files are provided, one being 50% and another 75% of a full round. Side plates should be printed horizontally with one edge radiused away from the print plate. When assembling the stand, place the plates flat together before inserting the three locking wedges at their top slots. Adjust the plates' width, center the wedges horizontally, and press firmly to lock in position. While this design works well in PLA, its performance in ABS remains uncertain.
