Display stand

I have a growing collection of old gadgets that I wanted to showcase instead of throwing them all away. So, I created a universal display stand that can be customized to show the gadget's name and year of production. You can customize it by pressing "Open in Customizer" above or installing OpenSCAD on your own computer. You can adjust: - The size of the gadget/object to display. The stand will automatically adjust to support the object well. Inside the OpenSCAD file, you'll find the sizes of various gadgets. - The text on the front. I included the year when the gadget was released as well - The font. Nice options are "Pathway Gothic One", "Voltaire" or "Oswald". - The rotation angle of the display stand - An extra factor to make the display wider or less wide than the item to display. By default, the stand is 75% of the width of the object shown. - You can shift your font up/down on the front - Whether to put in holes to save material Included are .stl files for displays for older electronic gadgets: Nintendo Game Boy Advance, NTT DoCoMo eggy, Garmin Dakota 20, HTC Desire Z, Dingoo Digital A320, Canon Ixus II, Palm Treo 650, Palm Treo 680, Palm Zire 71, Cowon A2, Game Park GP32, Sharp Power Zaurus MI-610DC, Sharp Zaurus SL-C700, Nintendo DS lite, Chumby, HP-42S, Panasonic GH2, Retrogame RS97 and Texas Instruments TI-74. You can find the settings for these gadgets also inside the .scad file as a comment. If you could take a picture of an actual print, please publish it via the "post a make" button. I am curious to see your collections.
