This project was developed by identifying a problem in the municipality of Guaitarilla, Nariño; thanks to the exercise and efforts of CATEDRAFUTURO and FABLAB itinerante. "Dispensador de Derechos" is a scale made with 3D printing and has an alarm system with LED light. It will be located in the waiting room of the municipal hospital where patients can write their complaints and demands for poor service and deposit them on the right side of the balance, when this container is full it will turn on a light giving an alarm to those working in the hospital and the user will be able to take from the left container a patient's right and demand better treatment from workers. This scale was created to help promote reading of patients' rights and with these rights also good care can be demanded. Developed by the Grupo El Bronx of Nuestra Señora de las Nieves Educational Institution in Guaitarilla, Nariño.
