My take on Disney's Haunted Mansion Grandfather Clock from the Haunted Mansion Ride in Disneyland and DisneyWorld. This is my first run at a more complex design, still working to refine as I have time. I'll share more pics when I finish the paint job. Feel free to help me clean up this model (round some edges etc.). Printed as a single piece with no assembly required, this model was built from scratch. 10/25/2016 Added an integrated fixed pendulum in HauntedMansionClock2.stl 10/25/2016 Shared pics of paint progress using Wicked Silver and Basic Black Post-Printing Techniques I applied an automotive fill primer to the piece with an airbrush. Once dry, I applied a fine coat of Wicked Silver with my airbrush. Then, using brushes and rags, I added Basic Black Acrylic and rubbed it off to create a haunted house feel in the nooks and crannies. The clock face is still pending completion. Design Process I designed this model on Tinkercad from Autodesk, post-processing with Simplify 3D as my first project on this software.
