Disney-esque No Soliciting Sign Plaque

A no soliciting sign remixed off of the Disneuyland entrance plaque. The words "Please" and "Thank you" are the same height as the surrounding border. The word "Soliciting" is 0.45mm taller so that you can use a different color filament for the last few layers on a single extruder machine, if you so desire. I also smoothed out, and corrected the errors on the skin from the original model, so the top layer before the letters should be smooth now.
