We employed a "play" token on our previous Disneyland trip. Prior to heading to Disneyland, we allowed our child to accumulate coins by completing tasks or demonstrating good behavior. We issued six tokens and she was able to redeem them for six treats, effectively paying for those purchases with the earned coins. This method helped regulate spending and taught our child about the value of making smart financial decisions.
