Addition to disk detainer padlock https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4573968. I found original parts too small, too tight, too demanding for tolerances. Intended use: - download original model. - print original model parts at 1.5 magnification. - print these disks and key and spacers and use them in assembly. Improvements: - thicker disks - require less precision in printing (and operating) - thicker spacers - require less precision. - disks and spacers thickness is multiple of 0.3mm layer height. - keyhole and key is "rounded rectangle", which works better on key turning. - keyhole have central "hole" so that middle of key is not catching disk by error. - keyholes have relatively big tolerance - key insertion and operation is easier. Print note: - i printed disks and spacers at 0.3. All details are horizontal, so no point using small layers. - i printed key with 0.15mm with supports - to make slated working surfaces better.
