I design custom 3D printing projects that can be used in a home dishwasher. Here's a wheel stopper for the upper tray that I'm satisfied with, although it may not be the most efficient design. The project has worked out great so far and is straightforward to print. The .stl file uploaded has the settings I've used on mine, and it's also the default setting in the Customizer tool. My main challenge was finding the right size for the wheel stopper. If it's too big, it can slip, but if it's too tight, it will break when trying to put it in place. To use this design successfully, I recommend bending the wheel stopper during assembly, reducing the wall thickness to make it more pliable without compromising its structural integrity. Keep in mind that using PLA material is not recommended since it melts at a low temperature and warps excessively. If you plan to use this in your dishwasher, be sure to select an appropriate print material for optimal results.
