The Rosenlew dishwasher wheel and clip for the lower carriage have been redesigned with a bottom-flattened clip version, making it easier to print without requiring support. This modification slightly reduces height but works well in ABS replacement. The .scad file contains two modules: Wheel() and WheelClip(). Adjustments may be necessary based on printer calibration and settings. Some fixed/hacked values are used within the model, and post-processing is required to remove the film over the axle and file away supports under the clip. The original Slic3r support creation failed for this part.
