I designed these custom inserts to fit snugly inside my Samsung DW80F600UTS dishwasher's utensil baskets. The originals were prone to cracking, causing utensils to slip through and get tangled in the spinning spray arm. To ensure a perfect fit, I first prototyped them in PLA filament, then ordered PETG for its superior durability. With a high infill rate, these inserts will withstand heavy use and keep my utensils organized and secure. A 5mm brim provides a seamless seal against the basket's edges.
