I am designing a device to keep the door of my dishwasher slightly ajar, allowing water vapor to escape after each wash cycle. This tool securely fastens onto the original latch by sliding into place and its own pin connects directly to the dishwasher's body. I have successfully printed two prototypes, which provide a firm grip on the door. A central hole is designed for easy hanging while the dishwasher is in use. To accommodate individual needs, I've incorporated Customizer options, enabling users to adjust settings such as height and length.
