Dishwasher wheel for repair of dishwashers with 5mm diameter wire. To survive heat cycles, heat treatment of PLA is needed. I used Protopasta HTPLA heat treated at 210F for about 30 mins. Regular PLA can also be used, but due to its increased shrinkage compared to HTPLA you may need to drill out the center hole or do filing to make parts fit. I've included the .STEP assembly so that you can make changes if needed for your particular filament/printer combo.
