I took apart the dishwasher to give it a thorough cleaning because my dishes weren't coming out clean anymore. In doing so, I accidentally broke the clips that hold the spray arm down. So I designed a ring that clips onto the housing for the spray arm. However, this ring had problems working correctly, prompting me to redesign it into two little bracket clips. Print Settings Rafts: No Matter What Supports: Who Cares Resolution: A Low-Medium Setting Infill: A Rectangular Pattern I recommend printing with Nylon or some other chemical-resistant material for this part. Additionally, I advise using a smaller diameter printing nozzle such as 0.35mm to ensure the desired details are printed well. I ultimately chose to print this part out of Taulman Nylon Alloy 910, which has turned out to be an excellent choice. Unfortunately, I couldn't achieve the necessary precision and strength with Nylon 645 or ABS despite trying both. Don't Print This Out of PLA --PLA breaks down faster in water, particularly hot water with detergent in it because it is biodegradable.
