Dish Brush Holder and Paint Base (Dish Brush Alternate)

I designed this dish brush holder because I got sick of the other people in my house just throwing them at the bottom of the sink and putting dishes on them or various liquids getting poured over them meaning that I had to clean the brushes before I could use them to clean the dishes. Anyway, it fits on the middle of the sink and has spots to hold brillo pads and sponges. I didn't have a regular sponge, but as you can see in one of the pictures, that part can hold your drain plug as well. Yay for unintended uses. You will need supports for the part up top that bridges the two brush holder pieces together. Make sure you have your support settings on point. This is a tall print, so it will be a while before your supports are actually being used and they may fall before they get used. Speaking of which, that happened to me. So, I had two failures with this before a success on the third print. The first failure was because the cord leading to the hot end got stuck on something and caused the top part of the print to fail. The second was my supports falling off the plate before it got to the bridge. Well, there I was with four dish brush pieces that never got bridged together and would never work the way I designed them to. I didn't want to throw them away because that was a good deal of plastic that was used. And that's where the Paint Base comes in. My daughter wants to paint some pokemon that I print, so I designed a base that will hold the four brush holder pieces, a solo cup, some paint brushes, and has places to pour and mix paint. The square openings hold the failed brush pieces which now serve to let you dry your brushes after you have finished with them. The big 13-gon holds a solo cup for water. The 15 circles is to put paint in that will be used and/or mixed together. I know 15 was probably overkill, but whatever. The stands above that is to hold the brushes you're going to use. It holds most brushes that would be used for painting small figures and models. Supports are needed for the paint brush holder. Not much infill is needed for either one and I used infill supports for the paint base instead of traditional infill. Both are long prints, but I could have likely sped them up with a few changes in my settings. Brush holder took 23 hours, paint base took 18 hours.
