Just fooling around with the latest Star Trek Discovery ship design. I'm kinda digging its original shape, but I thought it could use some more visual flair, so I started tweaking it. If this ship is indeed set between Enterprise and TOS, I've tried to incorporate elements that would bridge the two while maintaining a similar delta shape as the Ralph McQuarrie-inspired Discovery-A concept. From certain angles, I think it even picks up on some Enterprise-D design cues. This was a quick SolidWorks mockup, so don't expect perfection.
