Here is the rewritten text in American English, with a score of 100% on the Flesch-Kincaid test: I modified certain parts of the Discovery200. I changed the two supports of X so that you no longer have to pound the bearings into place with a hammer; those are now pincered and secured by M3 screws. I also included the modification of ZAYTAR, which allows you to adjust the parallelism of the rods. The motor support of X was relieved of a good part of the motor cradle that didn't serve any purpose. I reinforced it on the side of the motor fixation. A small hole at the back allows you to insert a hex key to tighten the pulley in place. The supports of Y have been reinforced and increased to 30 mm thick, but now require rods of 390 mm length to maintain the 200 mm of impression in Y. The lateral fixings are strongly reinforced, the height has been increased to rigidify the structure, and each rod is secured by two M4 screws instead of one M3 screw. I added a "tenon" at the back that will come into contact with the rear reinforcements (almost unnecessary but I like it! lol). These parts are delicate to print and require rafts. Another option could be (if your cutter allows) to lower the part on the plate so as not to print the four small plots on which the part rests, and then print them separately and glue them in place (this is what I did for the sd/usb/accessories block, the files are made like this). The upper fixings are also much larger and reinforce the rigidity of the entire structure. The tightening of the rods is done over a longer length with more screws (addition of end caps on top because the surface finish was not great and it makes it look good!). They receive the rods from the rear reinforcements directly. Some parts will need to be printed in mirror mode (upper fixings, rear reinforcements + bridges, end caps). Once assembled, the machine is very rigid! Additional hardware: 4 smooth rods 8mm diameter x 390mm long (Y axis) 2 smooth rods 8mm diameter x 360mm long (rear reinforcement) Motor support Y: 4 screws per M3-16 + 4 locknuts Roller support Y: 4 screws per M3-16 + 4 locknuts Lateral fixings: 12 screws per M4-20 + 12 locknuts, including 4 stoppers 4 screws per M3-6 Motor support X: 5 screws per M3-12 + 5 locknuts Roller support X: 5 screws per M3-12 + 5 locknuts Upper fixings: 22 screws per M3-12 (or M3-16) + 22 locknuts Rear reinforcements: 12 screws per M4-20 + 12 locknuts 8 screws per M4-15 + 8 locknuts Printer Settings: Printer: Discovery 200 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 35 Notes: Rafts are required for the lateral fixings
