See that girl
Watch that scene
Diggin' the dancing queen

This disco dance floor snap fits perfectly onto the B Drive pulley on a Voron Trident and allows you to mount a small rubber duck or some other mascot of your choice to add a little bit of whimsy to your 3D printer.

Print the model using the typical Voron print settings:

Designed to be printed in ABS

0.2 mm layer height

0.4 mm line width

40% infill

4 perimeters

5 top and bottom layers

No supports are required in the default orientation

Turn off your steppers and move your print head around until the flat side of the B Drive stepper motor shaft is facing towards the front.
NOTE: Your B Drive is on the left side if you are facing the printer. This will not fit on the A Drive pulley.

There is a small triangle on the top of the dance floor. The triangle should point towards the front of the printer and helps you align the floor with your stepper motor shaft.

Press fit the dance floor onto the stepper motor pulley. If you've built your Trident to spec with genuine Gates GT2 pulleys, the motor shaft should slot right in and the detent on the inside of the dance floor will snap right over the grub screw countersink. The detent is on a spring. There is a tiny sliver of support under the spring that is designed to break during the fitting.

Apply VHB double-sided tape liberally to the top of the dance floor.

Stick the rubber duck that came with your MCU onto the VHB tape.

Load up a file, start a print, and play some ABBA.

If you don't have a small rubber duck, don't be sad. Try a scaled down Low-Poly Pikachu or even a Benchy.

I've only tested this on a Voron Trident but it should also work on a Voron V2.4.
