Various sized discs are available for disc bound notebook systems like Staples Arc, Levenger Circa, and MAMBI Happy Planners. Four sizes exist, with the two mediums being very close, but the smaller is a Levenger copy, and the larger medium size is a MAMBI Happy Planner copy. The smallest and largest sizes were designed from the dimensions of discs from MAMBI's expander rings. I experienced significant trouble printing these discs when sliced with Prusa Slic3r, even with supports, as the disc would not stick to the bed after a certain point. I did not try using a raft. In the end, I used Simplify3d with supports and no raft, and they turned out beautifully, with the supports coming right off of the discs.
