Disc sanding block

Lightweight hand sanding block designed for 5-inch hook and loop discs. You attach one side of the hook and loop attachment. Initially, I created a model from TPU to provide a bit more flexibility. Printed at 30% infill with 1.4 mm skin thickness. It weighs 143 grams when printed with 12% infill using PLA...about a 13-14 hour print time depending on your resolution, slower with TPU materials. The block functions effectively, with some paper overlap expected as is, but you can scale it up to accommodate 6-inch sandpaper -or whatever works best for your specific needs.
