Disc Golf Zuca Backpack Fenders
thingiverse
There are 2 different version worth of files. The original version is the all around version. The V2 version has an extra bit on the bottom for areas that get snow and/or mud build up on the tires. The V2 inner profile matches the tire curve to help scrape off excess material and keep it from getting jammed in the fender and ultimately breaking it. In order to complete a set, you will need to print a right and left side fender and 2 bases which are the same for each side. You will need 4 of the spacers as they fit in the holes of the zuca side panel to make it so no holes need to be drilled. I used 1/4-20 Stainless Steel Screws and Nuts for these. The Fender attaches to the base with #6 wood screws. I have only tested these on a standard backpack cart. They may fit others but i would confirm by printing a test base before doing the whole thing. If you find that other holes are needed to make it compatible with other carts, let me know and I can update the models to make them more versatile. Update: Huge shout-out to Mark Evans. I have added his LG cart inserts that he made so these will fit on the LG backpack and Transit cart as well. I recommend making these out of PETG. Theyll be more durable and wont soften if left in your car on a hot day like PLA would. If your a Disc Golfer and also like to 3D Print, come join my Facebook group.
