Disc Golf Zuca Backpack Fenders

There are two distinct versions of files available. The original version serves as the all-encompassing version, while the V2 version boasts an additional feature at its bottom to cater to areas prone to snow and/or mud accumulation on tires. The V2 inner profile perfectly matches the tire curve to effectively scrape off excess material and prevent it from becoming jammed in the fender, ultimately leading to a break. To assemble a complete set, you will need to print both right and left side fenders along with two identical bases. Additionally, you will require four spacers that fit snugly into the holes of the Zuca side panel, eliminating the need for drilling any extra holes. I utilized 1/4-20 Stainless Steel Screws and Nuts for these components. The Fender attaches securely to its base via #6 wood screws. These designs have only been tested on a standard backpack cart; however, they may be compatible with other carts as well. Before embarking on the full production process, it is recommended to print a test base to confirm compatibility. If you discover that additional holes are required to make them suitable for other carts, kindly notify me so I can update the models to enhance their versatility. A huge shout-out goes to Mark Evans for his LG cart inserts, which I have incorporated into these designs. Consequently, they will now fit seamlessly on both the LG backpack and Transit cart. I strongly recommend printing these components using PETG, as it offers superior durability and resistance to softening when exposed to hot temperatures, unlike PLA. This ensures a more robust finish.
