I designed this as a repair for when you break the tip off your extendable pole. You can take this design and place on the end of the broken pole and drill a small hole through the end of the pole. Then I have been using a 4mm bolt and a Nylock nut and haven't had any issues with it coming off. I've been printing with 3 walls in outline and 5 layers lower and upper. I have made it in PLA and PETG, I use a 30% infill. Both have held up well so far. I would suggest PETG because it will hold up better in the heat of summer. I am also printing this with a .8 nozzle. I have also printed it with a .6 and a .4 nozzle they all hold up well. If you decide to print with a .4 nozzle I would suggest using 6 walls and 6 bottom and top layers.
