Disc Brake and Flange

Upon acquiring a secondhand ATV brake disc, it was crucial to attach it to a one-inch shaft. A Vernier caliper measured the disc's dimensions, which were then input into Inventor software. The flange design incorporated a sliding fit (H7/h6) tailored for the shaft, which later served as dynamometer load. Additionally, the OD was designed small enough to avoid interference with the brake calliper, despite the absence of a drawing or model for reference.
