Here's the quintessential brains vs brawn weapon from Brainstorm in the comics, which he used to literally break Ultra Magnus down into his pieces. Sporting a unique design which appears to channel energies into its 6 rotating struts, this piece has been sized to allow effect parts to be affixed into each of those. As a comparison, here's Generations T30 Brainstorm packing this weapon too.
