Dirtdevil Platinum Force - Dirty Tank Drain Cap
thingiverse
I print with 100% infill (that's a range of ~50% - 100%, and it must withstand the forces of vacuum suction). I add support (to keep those little lock grooves from drifting apart). My layer height is 0.2mm (it doesn't really matter, but you can go as low as 0.1 or as high as 0.3 if you want). I designed it because my original cap fell into the toilet when I dropped the tank. The amount of water in the tank caused the toilet to flush itself, and my cap went down the sewer drain. It was a real disappointment. But I'd rather use up 13 meters of filament than pay $20 for a replacement part and shipping costs. That's just not worth it to me. I made some edits on September 3rd, 2018, and added some chamfers to the geometry to make it easier to turn and lock into place.
