"The tool must work without using tire levers" In this solution we don't need "tire levers". We have two arms with some kind of "tire spoons" which helps when we need remove tire from the rim or put it back. "The tool must be both for mounting and removing tires" When using my tool you can manipulate every arm, lock them in any position, move-in/move-out, you can lock actual position with screw knob. etc. You can use this tool for mounting and removing tires. "The tool must be manually operated" My tool is fully manual operated :) "The tool must be compact and easily portable" As you can see there are 2 arms. Each arm has few parts which can be disassembled and reassembled. Every arm can be moved-in and moved-out, you can lock actual position with screw knob. "Tool can be composed of any material" I decided to use parts which are common and can be easily manufactured. I have used square pipes, screw knobs, rubber rollers, hexagonal screw etc which you can easily buy. You need to cut few parts (sq. pipes), weld them, make some threads etc. One parts need to be milled or maybe cut on waterjet. Of course some of these parts you can exchange with other similar. "Should not require locking to ground" You don't need to lock this tool to the ground. "Should not damage or scratch the wheel" I have used rubber rollers which prevent wheel rim from scratching. Much more these rollers helps when we are using "tire spoons" to remove tire form the rim. "Designed primarily for off-road motorcycles" I think these tool can be used for any motorcycle... frontwheel ...backwheel "Designed for end users (including amateurs), not for professional mechanics" This tool is very simple in service.
