Dirt digging claws for the garden glove
thingiverse
There are two versions available, one direct to print without support and an angled version offering better protection for your finger. Please refer to the accompanying picture for guidance on support and tip strengthening requirements. The STL files provided are solid models, which enables more precise scaling of the objects using a slicer software. Here's a size reference: The baseline internal width is 22mm with a 1.2mm wall thickness. This design should fit comfortably around a standard size eight glove's middle finger. For the pinkie and ring fingers, you can expect a -5% and -3-2% reduction in size, respectively, compared to index finger. To print these objects using a slicer: 1) Scale the STL files according to your desired object size. 2) Select 3-4 walls for printing, ensuring over-extrusion and moderate heat settings will enhance part strength. Zero infill is recommended for optimal results. 3) Set the bottom layers to zero ('0') for improved print quality.
