Dirt bike exhaust plug 4T Twin Air dirtbike
thingiverse
This is a DIY project to create a dirtbike exhaust plug using 3D printing. The goal is to create a functional plug for washing that fits on a dirtbike exhaust system. To start, design the plug with a sturdy TPU material. When printing this part, use walls that are 1 mm thick and infill at 0% density. This will provide a strong and lightweight structure. For the handle of the plug, you'll need to use a slightly harder material like ABS or HIPS. Print the handle with 20% infill density and walls that are 0.6 mm thick. When printing the handle cap, make sure to add support structures to prevent warping during the print process. In this case, I used grid supports with gradual infill steps set at 2 and a step height of 1 mm. I hope you find this project helpful and have fun building it!
