This iMac mic deflector is designed for a 2010 27" iMac; dimensions may vary on other models. Measurements are approximately 10mm from top of cooling slot to screen top, and 28mm across the top. Print with TOM using MK6+ at 35% infill, layer height .32mm, no shells, feedrate 32mm/s, RAFT and FULL support. RepG's Print-O-Matic added raft and support but resulted in a sparse structure. Attach deflector front down first, snap rear tab into cooling slot; to remove, lift front first.
