Directional Fan Grid 120mm

This industrial electrical cabinet fan grid was engineered for 120mm 24V fans used in rugged cabinets. The original fan grid offered basic protection against accidental fan blade contact, but lacked airflow deviation capability. To improve upon this design, I created a grid that is 30mm deep to accommodate the fins of these heavy-duty fans. For secure installation, corner slots were designed to accept M4x40 or M4x50 cylindrical head bolts.
